ActionSA is concerned with the proposed tariffs tabled by the City of Joburg for noting in Council. Whilst this critical exercise plays a role in the smooth running of the City, we strongly believe that the residents of Johannesburg must air their views on this matter through the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) which will commence in Region C on the 29th of March under the stewardship of Speaker of Council, Cllr Nobuhle Mthembu.
