ActionSA notes with serious concern the allegations arising from the Madlanga Commission relating to an alleged WhatsApp exchange between a clearly implicated Sergeant Nkosi and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the City of Tshwane, Mr Gareth Mnisi, as well as claims that individuals believed to be representing ActionSA participated in discussions relating to tenders in the City of Tshwane.

Yesterday, the Sunday Times published a series of claims relating to water tankers in the City of Tshwane and, in the process, managed to spectacularly misrepresent the facts.
