ActionSA Requests Treasury to Blacklist State Capture Implicated Companies Vying for Western Cape Security Tender

ActionSA will write to the National Treasury to blacklist all businesses and individuals implicated in state capture after the Western Cape government awarded a tender to a business owned by Roy Moodley who have been at the forefront of state capture allegations.
ActionSA believes that the alleged profiteers of State Capture crimes such as Moodley and his business Royal Security should not be rewarded by benefitting from state tenders as it has occurred in the Western Cape.
State Capture brought South Africa to its knees – denying an entire generation of citizens much-needed basic services and job possible opportunities. It is unacceptable that the Western Cape government has overlooked that fact!
Therefore, we beseech the National Treasury to blacklist any company that stands accused of profiteering from State Capture activities.
ActionSA will monitor the Western Cape government in this regard and ensure that no companies implicated in State Capture can benefit from government tenders.
