ActionSA is delighted to announce that Sam Mgobozi has been appointed to serve as ActionSA’s National Communications Director effective tomorrow, 1 July 2022.
Mgobozi is a communications professional with considerable experience.
Mgobozi was most previously the National Media Manager of GOOD, working with Patricia de Lille. Prior to that he served as Head of Communications for Mbali Ntuli’s campaign for DA Leader, Executive Head of Public Affairs and Media Relation in the office of the Executive Mayor in the City of Tshwane and DA National Press Director in Parliament.
It is Mgobozi’s track record as a communications professional, aligned to ActionSA’s project, that was compelling in our decision to appoint him. The Communications Director is an important role that comes with a seat on ActionSA’s national decision-making structures.
ActionSA is pleased with this appointment given our strategic direction towards the 2024 National and Provincial Government Elections. Key in this strategy is a national footprint being developed in issues of national government and in the 9 provinces. We are certain that Mgobozi will be an asset in this respect.
