ActionSA appeals to our communities and emergency services, including the police and search and rescue services, to assist in the search of three-year-old Gabriella Dumont from Eldorado Park who went missing in Reiger Park, Ekurhuleni, on Saturday evening.
The child is believed to have gone missing after the mother handed over care of the little girl to a friend who left with the girl to Reiger Park in Ekurhuleni. A case has already been opened with the South African Police Services (SAPS).
ActionSA therefore asks that the communities close to Reiger Park, and police, assist in finding the missing three-year-old and ensure her safe return. It is essential that we protect those most vulnerable in our society, such as children, from danger, and it is important that we take action to protect Gabriella Dumont.
We have already deployed a number of ActionSA activists to assist with the search operations for the missing three-year-old and will continue to assist the community and the police in any way to ensure the safe return of Gabriella Dumont. We furthermore appeal to the community to come forward with any information that can lead to Gabriella’s safe return.
As a party which values social justice, ActionSA will not rest until we have managed to find Gabriella Dumont and have guaranteed her safety.
