ActionSA Congratulates Henriette Frohlich and Team GP for Sterling By-election Result
Funzi Ngobeni
ActionSA Gauteng Provincial Chairperson
ActionSA has achieved great and promising results as its support has doubled in the City of Tshwane Ward 64, Rooihuiskraal by-elections, growing from 11.9% in the 2021 municipal elections to 23.4% and achieving great success, finishing in second place.
The by-election reaffirms that ActionSA is growing every day and everywhere, from rural to township and suburban areas.
ActionSA congratulates our esteemed candidate for this Ward 64 by-election, Henriette Frohlich, who has shown great leadership, courage, and determination. She fought a great fight, and this is borne out by this commendable result.
ActionSA’s growth comes at the expense of the ANC, which has reduced from 11% to 6%, the EFF from 9% to 3%, and ACDP, which remains at 1%.
ActionSA will continue to grow and work closely with all communities throughout the province to ensure all their voices and concerns are addressed. On our path to becoming a party in government, we will ensure that services are delivered, quality education is accessible, and employment opportunities are provided.
This outcome is a great indicator of the work and dedication the party has shown. The road to 2024 will not be easy, but our commitment to fixing Gauteng will prevail, and change will be achieved.
