ActionSA wishes to extend our sincere condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Cllr Moshe Mphahlele of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), who was tragically shot on the 4th of August.
ActionSA urges law enforcement agencies to leave no stone unturned in their pursuit of justice for this act. We further implore them to use every resource at their disposal to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to book and face the full extent of the law.
Cllr Mphahlele will be remembered for his robust engagements in the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Council. He is well known for airing his ideas without fear or favour. Cllr Mphahlele possessed all characteristics of a real fighter. He was an intelligent, dedicated public servant, particularly to the people of Alexandra. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
