ActionSA Has Terminated The Membership of Mzwakhe Mbatha and Sizwe Mokoena
Zwakele Mncwango
ActionSA KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Chairperson
After extensive deliberation and careful consideration, ActionSA’s Senate has made the decision to terminate the membership of Mr Mzwakhe Mbatha and Mr Sizwe Mokoena, after their public dispute was brought to the attention of the organisation.
This decision follows an in-depth investigation conducted by the Chairperson of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee, which concluded that their actions brought the party into disrepute.
The findings by the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee Chairperson were presented to the Senate after thorough and impartial investigation, making it clear that the behaviour of Mr. Mbatha and Mr. Mokoena was not in alignment with the values and principles that ActionSA stands for.
As a party, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency. Allowing any conduct that undermines these principles would be a disservice to our members and the South African public.
ActionSA is dedicated to creating a political environment where ethical governance prevails, and we remain resolute in our mission to serve the people of South Africa with honour and distinction. This decision underscores our commitment to these ideals.
