ActionSA Responds to Recent Allegations from Former Members

ActionSA wishes to address the recent allegations made by some former members who have chosen to resign from our party. Unfortunately, these individuals have circulated unfounded claims regarding our commitment to engaging with rural communities. ActionSA firmly refutes these allegations and reaffirms its dedication to building a prosperous, non-racial, and secure future for all South Africans, irrespective of their location. Every community deserves equal focus and attention, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to serve South Africans everywhere.

The decision not to contest the recent by-election was based solely on financial considerations. Despite these constraints, our President, Herman Mashaba, extended his personal support, pledging financial backing if a detailed and compelling campaign plan was presented by the team. Regrettably, such a plan was not submitted, making it unwise to allocate resources to a campaign with uncertain prospects.

It is disheartening to witness certain individuals prioritize personal agendas over the collective well-being of our communities. ActionSA remains focused on its mission to serve all South Africans with integrity, and we urge those individuals to refrain from disseminating inaccurate information about our party and its leadership. Our commitment to honesty and respectful dialogue is unwavering, even amid disagreements.

To the people of Thabazimbi, and to our loyal members and supporters, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for your continued trust and dedication. ActionSA remains resolute in its goal to create a better South Africa for all. We will continue working tirelessly to bring about meaningful and lasting change.
