ActionSA thanks outgoing Gauteng Youth Forum Chairperson for his leadership
Bongani Baloyi
ActionSA Gauteng Provincial Chairperson
ActionSA confirms the resignation of Gauteng Youth Forum Chairperson and member of the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC), Reuben Coetzer. Coetzer stepped down from the position after accepting an opportunity to advance his academic career outside of the Gauteng Province.
Coetzer has been a key roleplayer in launching ActionSA’s Youth Forum, formerly known as the Youth Advisory Council (YAC), in Gauteng and helping the body set up structures and launch activities.
He was also a prominent contributor to ActionSA provincial bodies, helping to ensure that Youth issues are addressed and prioritised during discussions.
ActionSA thanks Coetzer for his commitment and service to the party, and wishes him well as he undertakes the academic opportunity. We look forward to working with him again in the near future.
