During our fruitful engagement, ActionSA commended the Buthelezi Family for the peaceful transition of leadership from the late iNkosi Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi to iNkosi Zuzifa Buthelezi. We trust that iNkosi Zuzifa Buthelezi will follow in the footsteps of his late father and uphold this position with integrity.

Moreover, we had the opportunity to express our commitment to the Buthelezi Family in honouring the late Zulu Nation Traditional Prime Minister, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, by proposing the renaming of the eThekwini Metro Municipality after His Royal Highness, acknowledging the significant role he played in our country.
We believe it is fitting that, in our efforts to honour him, we consult with his family and seek their support in this matter.

To this end, ActionSA will initiate consultations with all political parties within the eThekwini Metro Municipality to collaboratively celebrate the giant’s legacy and the instrumental role he played in the history of our country and province.
