#JusticeForNtokozo: ActionSA Welcomes the Arrest of the Accused Murderer

ActionSA Tshwane welcomes the arrest of Ngcebo Thusi, the man accused of allegedly killing Ntokozo Xaba, a 21-year-old TUT student who was found dead at her off-campus residence on Thursday, 02 February 2023.

It is reported that Xaba was found with multiple stab wounds by the paramedics who responded to the call, following a night out with friends and the alleged perpetrator, Ngcebo Thusi.

ActionSA condemns all forms of GBV-F and stands for the rule of law. In this we urge the criminal justice system to ensure that the harshest possible sentence should be meted against the accused, should he be found guilty of the alleged crime and brutal murder.

ActionSA will keep a close eye on the proceedings of this court case to ensure that the family of the late Ntokozo Xaba’s receives justice for their daughter being taken away from them.
