Kubheka Steps Back as Interim ActionSA KZN Provincial Chairperson

ActionSA President Herman Mashaba has received and accepted the resignation of interim KZN Provincial Chairperson, Musa Kubheka.

Kubheka had stepped in to caretake the role of KZN Provincial Chairperson following the departure of Dr Makhosi Khoza. This was to be a temporary arrangement whilst ActionSA sought the appropriate appointment of a Provincial Chairperson in KZN.

The Province is experiencing rapid growth of structures and Kubheka’s stepping aside cited challenges in the Province as well as the view that the role required more than he was able to provide at the present time.

He will continue as the eThekwini Caucus Leader and an ActionSA Councillor.

Consultations have been made with the KZN structures to inform them of this development and to ensure that the they continue the excellent work taking place in the KZN.

ActionSA thanks Kubheka for his service to the Party and is currently working with a number of strong prospects as potential Provincial Chairpersons of the Province.
