It comes as no surprise that the ANC’s Minister of Police, Bheki Cele, has yet to execute the Constitutional Court’s order to have corruption accused, former President, Jacob Zuma, arrested for contempt of court. One expects little else from the ANC – a criminal enterprise masquerading as a political party and government.
