ActionSA Joburg Expresses Deepest Gratitude for Support in the Ward 29 By-elections
Press Statement by Themba Mabunda
ActionSA Johannesburg Regional Chairperson
As ActionSA, we are proud to have played a part in releasing the residents of Ward 29 free from the self driven African National Congress. The numbers acquired by ActionSA in Ward 29, are indeed a clear indication that we are gaining momentum as a party and are on the right path towards real change that will better those we represent in society.
We are humbled by the support and trust that the residents of Ward 29 have shown in ActionSA. These results are a testament that our communities have had enough with the current state of affairs in their communities and are committed to rally behind a party that will protect and serve the interest of those they represent.
Our candidate, Coach Moloi, has proven to be a capable leader, and the results we have received in these by-elections only further solidify our belief in him. We are confident that with leaders like him at the helm, as ActionSA Joburg, we will continue to grow stronger and be ready to contest across all 135 wards in the upcoming elections in 2026/2027.
Now is the time to fix our beloved city, and we are committed to working tirelessly to bring about positive change for all residents. We will continue to listen to the needs and concerns of our community and work towards creating a better future for all.
It is indeed Not yet Uhuru. The journey continues with ActionSA.
